We have two automatic printers and five manual printers, a complete computerized art department, natural gas dryers to attain complete cure, as well as full service art and production capabilities. We can accommodate any size run from thirty-six pieces to 12,000 and beyond.

We primarily use Wilflex Plastisol, Tru-tone process inks, discharge, nylon and Unistretch inks for our textile screen printing process. In addition to these inks, we offer custom inks such as fluorescents, shimmers, metallics and puff to create that special effect. We also offer Pantone ink matching for custom colors and can match fabric swatches.

Our printing methods include customary simulated process, 4 color process and customary spot color to meet the complete needs of you, our valued customer.

When designing images for your screenprinted garments, we recommend the following:

• Maximum recommended size for a full front or back print is 14” x 16”, however, we are able to print up to 16” x 22” on tees.
• Maximum recommended size for a left chest print is 4” x 3 ½”.
• Maximum recommended print for youth or ladies’ tees is 9” x 9”. This does not include sizes smaller than XS (2-4).
